The economic and social phenomena that show that the changes associated with the process of formation of a highly competitive global knowledge-based economy is much broader and take on far greater pace than we are now able to predict or maybe even imagine. This means that the subject is still very modern and there are many research problems to be challenged. For this reason, the book is devoted to the problems of highly competitive knowledge-based economy and we hope it will gain interest of university researchers, as it may be interesting lecture for business practitioners.
